Our returns and refund policy are designed strictly on fair business morals. All our products go through multi-level checks at the time of packaging. Still, if you are not satisfied with the item you have received, you can request returns and refunds.
What should you do if you have any issues with the shipment you have received?
If you find any problem with the product you have received, you can log in to your account and request an exchange/return request. Alternatively, you can call us at +91 88822 71725. You can also mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to file a request for a return and refund.
Is there any product on INGRID BRA, which cannot be returned?
We do have non-returnable products also. This information is given in the product details. Please make sure to acknowledge all the details of the product before buying it.
Is Pick-up at the doorstep available at the time of returning the product?
Yes, Doorstep pick-up is available at the time of returning the product.
Do you get any update on whether the returned item has reached the warehouse or not?
We update our customers on every step of their shipment. We notify you with a message as and when the product reaches our warehouse.
How much time the process of return and refund can take?
The refund is done only when the returned item reaches our warehouse. It can take about seven days.
Is there any chance of denial of accepting the return request?
We have the right to refuse the return and refund. Your return request can be declined if we find that the item is used/ tags are removed/ possess any kind of destruction or body odour.
