You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Tags and hygiene seals (if any) are intact
- The item is in its original packaging
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product
- You may choose refund to your original payment method
- Unboxing video required: Please film your parcel as you open it. This is mandatory for any return or exchange requests involving missing/damaged items.
