7-Day Return Policy

You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Tags and hygiene seals (if any) are intact
  • The item is in its original packaging

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product
  • You may choose refund to your original payment method
  • Unboxing video required: Please film your parcel as you open it. This is mandatory for any return or exchange requests involving missing/damaged items.
